Don’t slash all your tires because you got a flat!!

When it comes to the end of the year, it’s time to evaluate where you stand with the goals you set at the beginning of the year.

Have you accomplished the goals you set?

Have you made a good dent?

Well, if not, that’s ok.

No reason to freak out just yet.

The 3rd quarter of the year is just as good of a time as any to see where you are and how far you have to go.

I like to spend some time every quarter to reevaluate where I am compared to where I want to be, and sometimes rewrite my goals, based on my current reality.

Yes, New Years is a great time to start the new you or resolutions but really how many do you stick to and accomplish?

I think part of the reason for this is, we don’t spend time looking at what we wrote down, until the end of the year and then we just give up.

We give up on the 50 lbs. we wanted to lose, or the 30 books we wanted to read.

It is SUPER important to reset yourself for the new year before it comes.

Check where you wanted to be vs where you are.

Take your progress (or lack of) into account and RESET your goal for the rest of the year.

Start today!! Right now!!

Remember 80% of the work gets done in 20% of the time!

A team can win a game in the last minute or even seconds of the game!

Things come up that we couldn’t have prepared for, it’s ok.

You don’t need to shoot out all of your tires because you got a flat!

Pump it up and finish the race you started.

Forgive yourself and START OVER!

From September till December is 90 days. There is still a lot of time to make a dent.

Now go reset and TAKE ACTION!
