Multiply What Works, Abandon What Doesn’t

Do you keep spinning your wheels?

Not really sure why you still aren’t getting the results you want, even though you feel like you’re doing “all the right things”?

It’s all about figuring out what actually works, doing more of it, and abandoning everything that isn’t serving you.

One of my favorite books is The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson.

Jeff talks about the habits that successful people do.

It’s never a quantum leap, over night success type deal. Successful people have learned the art of MASTERING THE MUNDANE.

Doing the little things everyday that don’t seem to matter in the moment but matter over time.

One of those things is learning to multiply what works and ABANDON what doesn’t. (and be wise enough to know the difference)

We get so focused on the things that aren’t working, what isn’t happening or what is broken, but what we would be better off doing is focusing on what IS working and create more of THAT.

When it comes to business, work, relationships, or anything in your life that you want to become better, you MUST focus on the things that are working and going well.

When you fuel the fire with more positive words and affirmations you will see the results you are looking for.

What you focus on grows.

I truly believe that,

“Whatever the mind can conceive, and believe, the mind can achieve.”  -Napoleon Hill.

Remember when you focus on what’s working you find more things that are work.

Homework for today:

Put yourself a note, on your phone, car, or even an alarm, to focus on what works and abandon what doesn’t.
